9-22-08 Life is short As I'm sure everyone knows by now Adam and Travis had a horrific accident this weekend. I know Travis only thru mutual friends over at SA studios. And Adam is a friend. I has always looked up to him because he has been thru some shit. I'm not really sure why I'm even writing this. But I just can't stop thinking about it. I can't stop thinking about the families of the other people in the plane I don't even know. I can't stop thinking about what is must have been like for the victims. I can't stop thinking how it must feel to be alive yet burned,the pain of watching everything happen and knowing there is nothing you can do. It just creeps out of no where and takes over my thoughts. It makes me want to call every single person I know just to hear their voice because life is so short. To the families of everyone on that plane I don't know you and you don't know me. I am thinking of you even though we have never met I am praying for you. Adam and Travis speedy recovery there are a lot of people pulling for you as you know. Love you **Rachel** 9-9-08 The Circus When I was little I was brought to the Circus and if terrified me. Most people that know me know that I have a plethora of phobias... one of them being Clowns . So that was my first reason for not liking the circus. Then I watched Dumbo and it made me cry...a lot. what can I say I was a severely sensitive kid. But it really sealed the deal on my hatred for circuses that use animals to entertain people who should be ashamed of themselves for paying money to people that abuse animals to make them perform . These animals don't perform because the like it.. they perform because they live in FEAR that they will be beaten. Not to mention the basic need for animals to feel love from their care takers. Can you imagine the emotional hurt these animals feel. They live in CAGES and TRAVEL FROM TOWN TO TOWN and then the only people that are are familiar to them ABUSE THEM. To the people that pay money to see this disgusting acts of abuse PLEASE STOP!!!!!!! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ANIMAL RIGHTS GROUP! If you don't agree with PETA's tactics fine ...Find another one. Give to the animal shelters. Fuck anything else but go to the circus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's truly sickening. **Rachel** 9-8-08 Cameo on Entourage My cameo on Entourage aired last night. We all had such a great time in Hawaii i'm bummed no one thought to take pictures!!! grrr. The whales had to be my favorite part! I mean how often to you get to be that F*cking close to a whale!!!!! it was amazing they just came over and showed off in front of the camera. Then some dolphins cam and all in the last hour before we raced to the plane. loves it!
Everyone in Hawaii was more then nice and the cast had to be the coolest group of guys ever. And my Girls Nicco and Felica made shooting in Hawaii even more fun.

Kisses **Rachel** 9-2-08 Just wrapped :) Just wrapped a movie and I had the best time on set. everyone was so cool. We shot at Reseda High School and it was like Africa hot. Since my character was from 1976 We did some green screen. It was set up in the gym...the gym with no air conditioning..And I had on bell bottoms and double layers of polyester. ...good times:) Then we worked in the boiler room. A REAL boiler room. It was hot and kinda dangerous but we all lived. The worst that happened to me was allergies and a zit. not too bad. The odd thing is that our movie is about a kid who gets murdered in the 70's ...And the school really did have a kid that was murdered in the 70's and the school really is hunted ...so they say. I didn't see anything but the dark hallways at night are mad creepy!! And I waited to go to the bathroom forever because all the creepy ghost talk got someone started on the CANDYMAN story and that got me thinking of that stupid BLOODY MARY thing that kids used to do and It freaked me out!!! Some childhood fears you never get rid of. I am afraid of snakes,clowns, wings on my fried chicken ,scales,bones or skin of any kind of dead animal,zombies,inbreds and school bathroom stalls ..I had almost forgotten about that one! yikes!!! **Rachel**

| 8-6-08 My Website is finally up!!!!!! yay! We love that! So for those of you that don't know me this is a fun way for me to introduce myself. Makes me thankful I don't have a 9 to 5 job....IN the Valley. AND! it was hot:( REAL HOT!!!!! Africa hot! I am now missing layers of skin and have a head ache from dehydration hot!!!!!! oy!
